Bush just finished, and frankly, not only did he say nothing substantive at all, he stammered a lot while doing it.
Folks, they CAN'T fix it! The only thing they can do is print up new monopoly money to dump onto the banks, creating hyper-inflation, which means YOU pay for it all with higher prices for everything. Or they can tax you directly and give it to the banks. Either way, it all comes down to robbing the poor to give to the rich.
And they don't have any other clue what to do.
