Higher taxes is patriotic, huh?

We have a government that sees taxes as the solution to every problem, rather than to re-evaluate spending.
We have a government that refused to listen to We The People regarding the Iraq war. We have a government that refused to listen to We The People regarding sending our money to Israel. We have a government that refused to listen to We The People regarding Afghanistan. We have a government that refused to listen to We The People regarding vote fraud. We have a government that refused to listen to We The People regarding government debt. We have a government that refused to listen to We The People regarding being taxed into poverty to pay for foreign wars.
Congress takes our money but refuses to listen to us. We have taxation without representation.
In other words, we have the exact same situation under Decider George today that we had under King George in 1776, and the PATRIOTIC thing to do back then was to kick out that tax-happy war-mongering government and create something new and better that took care of the American people.
And it is the PATRIOTIC thing to do today.
