Carrier Scofflaws
These efforts have been having a tough time holding up in court. Carriers faced yet another setback this week when the Washington state Supreme Court upheld an AT&T customer's right to file a class-action lawsuit against AT&T for incorrectly charging him city utility surcharges and "usurious" late fees, according to the Seattle Post Intelligencer. AT&T had argued he couldn't sue because the AT&T mouse print didn't allow it, but Justice Tom Chambers would have none of it
