It's not that he's a liar, it's just that John McCain is not all there.
In the mind of McCain, his statements ARE true. McCain is mentally insolvent. His concepts of reality and statements reflecting that reality are based not on duplicity but insanity.
There will be more of this analysis as the campaign goes forward, I guarantee it.
