I am a long time reader and want to bring to your attention on a new development in China: private business owners are disappearing or jumping off buildings because they can no longer pay off black market shark loans.

According to national new paper Economics Information (part of state media Xinhua), on 9/22, Hu Fulin, owner of the biggest eyeglass manufacture of the city of Wenzhou disappeared, leaving behind 2 billion RMB debt.

On 9/25, 3 more business owners in Wenzhou disappeared (owners of copper, steel and shoe manufacture).

On 9/27, owner of "Zhengdeli", a shoe manufacture jumped off of a 22 story building and killed himself.

Since April this year 29 private business owners have disappeared, all of them had over 100 million RMB businesses. 11 of the 29 owned shoe manufacturing businesses.

An analyst from China Investment (China's Sovereign investment fund) pointed out that it's because they are squeezed by a rapid increase of component and labor costs. A rising RMB is also a reason why many export oriented companies are hit.

In August, Zhou Dewen, President of Wenzhou Small-Medium Business Development Association said the profit margin of Small-Medium businesses in Wenzhou has dropped to under 5% and absent of policy changes, 40% of businesses in Wenzhou will go out of business by next Spring Festival (late Jan 2012)

Recently released heavily redacted F.B.I. documents obtained by human rights group Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) show 8000 Americans targeted individuals are being secretly persecuted because their names are on a strictly confidential government watch list, including people who never committed a crime according to The New York Times report published Tuesday. The documents show officials are strictly prohibited from telling targets their name is on the list but can persecute the target, such as with harassment at airports.

"The Federal Bureau of Investigation is permitted to include people on the government’s terrorist watch list even if they have been acquitted of terrorism-related offenses or the charges are dropped, according to newly released documents" that EPIC obtained through Freedom of Information, the Times reported.

A Ferndale police chaplain and gay-community church pastor is under fire after a man overdosed and died at his house during a sex-and-drug party.

Steven Michael Fitch, 43, of Lincoln Park died about 5:30 a.m. Sept. 21 at the Rev. Mark Bidwell’s house in the 2700 block of Burdette, according to a police report obtained by the Daily Tribune under the state Freedom of Information Act.

Before Fitch died he injected Bidwell and himself with methamphetamine, known as “crystal meth,” and they had sex. Fitch later went to a gay online website and arranged to have a third man, 28, of Mount Clemens, join them at the house, police reported.

In a new incident, an item in the Ferndale police log on Tuesday shows a call was made from Bidwell’s house for emergency service. Police confirmed Wednesday that Bidwell was hospitalized as a result of the call and is expected to recover.

Bidwell met Fitch after contacting him through a gay online website and bringing him to his house. Fitch brought the crystal meth to the house with him, Bidwell told police.

The Mount Clemens man who was at the house told police he did not use the drug.

Shortly before 5 a.m., Sept. 21, Fitch used the bathroom and then sat on a bed. The Mount Clemens man noticed him slumped over a couple of minutes later and told police he started turning blue.

The Mount Clemens man told police he did CPR on Fitch, but stopped after Fitch started vomiting.

Someone at the house called 911. Fitch was still not breathing and had no pulse when police arrived. Officers did CPR on Fitch until Ferndale Fire and Rescue workers arrived and took him to William Beaumont Hospital. Fitch was officially pronounced dead at 6:53 a.m., police said.

Ferndale Police Lt. William Wilson confirmed the accuracy of the police report. Bidwell is one of several area clergy who volunteer as chaplains for the department. Police have terminated Bidwell’s position with the department.

They should have GONE HERE instead! Fitch would still be alive.

A while back I was dealing with some pain issues and the doctors as usual were offering to sell more pills, potions, and magic spells, but I figured out that I wasn't keeping my system flushed out with enough water and after increasing daily water intake, the symptoms went away.

Pharmaceutical companies do not want you to be healthy! If you are healthy, or you know how to heal yourself, they cannot make money off of you.

Ben Bernanke is printing dollars which he will swap by the trillions to keep the European banks running. As I said previously, Bernanke will continue printing money until the dollar, the pound and the euro go to zero value. You will have nothing. The bankers will have everything.

Previously I wrote of the Pan Asian Gold Exchange (PAGE), I said it was a declaration of war by the Chines against New York and London banks. They will be offering gold and silver futures contracts which will be redeemable in bullion unlike the COMEX in New York and the LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) which have no gold and silver.

Maybe some of the members of congress wants the threat of people killed or silenced by gag orders for any truthful thing they say on the Internet?

According to the WSJ and TechDirt the congress wants fictitious names and what they call Internet lies to be illegal under the guise of preventing any kind of fraud and abuse on the world of computers to stop hacking and fraud.
The problem is fictitious names have been used by many book writers that don’t wish to harassed or killed for their viewpoints, those that are victims of stalkers (Ref 1), those that risk getting killed because of reports they bring out, those that speak out, those that make controversial statements, attorneys that tell people not to say things under their name, and those that get involved in some illegal ring and wish to expose the lid on them by going to the media.

It is not deceitful or immoral to use a fictitious name because under many circumstances......

Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld has been stripped of legal immunity for acts of torture against US citizens authorized while he was in office. The 7th Circuit made the ruling in the case of two American contractors who were tortured by the US military in Iraq after uncovering a smuggling ring within an Iraqi security company.

The company was under contract to the Department of Defense. The company was assisting Iraqi insurgent groups in the "mass acquisition" of American weapons.

The ruling comes as Rumsfeld begins his book tour with a visit to Boston and as new, uncensored photos of Abu Ghraib spark fresh outrage across Internet. Awareness is growing that Bush-era crimes went far beyond mere waterboarding.

Oh yes, let us all figure out how to obey Israel's orders while we pretend we are not obeying Israel's orders.

Escort girls 'left bank chief to hang in mock execution'

A bank chief died in a hanging after paying two escort girls to take part in an "execution role play" to punish him for being a "loser".

Colin Birch, 44, the former assistant vice-president of Deutsche Bank, had ordered the escorts to kick away a step ladder on which he was standing with a noose round his neck tied to a tree.

The married father of two had reassured the women he was wearing a safety harness that would save his life, an inquest heard today.

On his orders, the pair walked away laughing without looking back.

Concerned for his safety, one of the escorts returned and found him turning blue. She and an escort agency driver cut Mr Birch down and tried to resuscitate him but he died at the scene. The inquest, at Gravesend, heard Mr Birch had been made redundant in September 2009 and had not been able to find a new job.

On July 30, the day of his death, he heard that he had not been given a job for which he had a second interview.

Louise Howard, who ran escort agency Katie's Lovely Escorts, told the hearing Mr Birch, who had previously had seven of its girls "attend to him" called and asked for two to meet him on Dartford Heath to perform "an execution".

Ms Howard told the hearing she was "somewhat apprehensive" and had trouble getting the girls to agree but eventually arranged for two escorts, Alex Sturley and Marie Laurent, to attend the scene.

Miss Sturley cried as she told the court she and Ms Laurent had arrived with the driver at about 7pm and they followed Mr Birch into the woods.

When she saw the noose hanging from a tree she asked Mr Birch to see his safety harness and he showed her a clip coming out the back of his jumper.

As Ms Sturley climbed the steps and gave him a kiss on the cheek, Miss Laurent said she could see "tears in his eyes as if he was getting overwhelmed".

Although Miss Sturley said it "didn't feel right" she kicked the ladder away and she "laughed loudly" as she had been ordered as she and Ms Laurent left.

Det Sgt Lee Neiles told the court there were two possible conclusions, that Mr Birch had tried to commit suicide or that he had "manufactured a situation intending that it be a role play scenario and had miscalculated it".

The coroner Roger Hatch, recorded an open verdict, saying: "I am satisfied having heard the evidence that there was nothing to suggest Mr Birch intended to take his own life.

In other words, Brady was telling thousands of people to do exactly what they've been planning on doing for months: go to the Patriots home opener, drink some alcoholic beverages in the parking lot and then go inside to cheer the team. This was an apparent no-no, as the Patriots later issued a statement censoring clarifying Brady's comments. "He meant 'stay hydrated, drink a lot of water,'" the team said unconvincingly.

Good work, Patriots PR flacks.

I'll bet it sounded like a good idea when they first ran this ad!

Pressure Grows on Hillary to Challenge Sinking Obama

She says no, that she never wants to run for office again. But the pressure is growing on her to change her mind as Obama continues to slide in the polls — and as the left bloc of the party and Latino and black voters become more vocal in their disapproval of the president.

And when White House spokesman Jay Carney was asked about the possibility at a press briefing on Monday, he was less than convincing with his answer.

“You’d have to ask her,” Carney stammered after Lester Kinsolving of World Net Daily posed the question. “We’re fairly confident that we need to focus on the task at hand.”

Because anything Obama says will be a total lie, anyway!

My first thought would be for Ron Paul not to worry because I would rather watch him than Obama any day, but then of course the real purpose of Obama;s timing is to prevent the TV networks from covering the debate, to keep Americans from hearing Ron Paul.

Yes, this is dirty politics. Obama knows that if Ron Paul gets the GOP nomination, all Diebold's machines and all Diebold's men, can't put his Presidency back together again!

Personally, if I were a network executive, and given that covering Presidential speeches is an option, I would cover the GOP debates knowing I would capture a huge audience for the overnight ratings!
