The F upped B. I.

By Kurt Nimmo

Are you in the market for a patriotic tattoo, maybe the Gadsden flag? Forget about it. Unless you want the local tattoo artist to inform on you.

The FBI, in league with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (part of the Department of Justice), has launched a program that harks back to East Germany’s Stasi.

In Philadelphia, the FBI has instructed tattoo shops to rat out their customers if they demand privacy, insist on paying with cash, engage in “suspicious behavior,” make “anti-US” comments, or request tattoos that are “extremist symbols.”

According to the MIAC report, the Gadsden flag is a “militia symbol.” The Department of Homeland Security’s Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment report characterizes militias as “white supremacists,” domestic terrorists and a threat to the president. MIAC is part of the federal “fusion” effort now underway around the country.

It is not merely “extremist symbols.” In addition, the FBI literature instructs tattoo shops to be on the look-out for people who change hair color, style of dress, or shave beards between visits. Suspicious people also include those with missing fingers or hands, chemical burns, strange orders or bright colored stains on clothing.

Read the handout below for more absurd “extremist” indicators according to the FBI.

A House Democrat who once claimed to "live and breathe security" has been under investigation this year for allegedly promising to use her influence to gain leniency for two "pro-Israeli lobbyists" in exchange for support of her own effort to gain the chairmanship of the House Intelligence Committee, the Washington Post reported Friday.

Rep. Jane Harman, an eight-term member from Venice, California is one of 30 representatives and several aides being investigated by the House Ethics Committee on issues that include defense lobbying and corporate influence peddling, according to the Post. She has come under the scrutiny of committee investigators due to wiretapped telephone conversations she had in 2005 with an "Israeli operative," in which she allegedly offered to intervene on behalf of the accused lobbyists in exchange for help in getting the coveted committee chair. The Post did not identify the lobbyists or say what they were accused of, but a Los Angeles Times story earlier this year referred to reports that "Harman was heard on a wiretap speaking to a suspected Israeli agent about two AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) lobbyists accused of illegally passing classified information to foreign officials and reporters."

Harman has said she did not contact either the White House or the Justice Department about the two lobbyists. Federal prosecutors last April dropped charges against the former AIPAC lobbyists, the Times reported, saying that recent court rulings had made it unlikely they could win convictions.

Harman had described the wiretaps as an abuse of government power, but sources told the Washington Post that it was not Harman's phone that was tapped but that of the suspected Israeli agent with whom she conversed. In June of this year, a Justice Department official wrote a letter to Harman's lawyer saying she was "neither a subject nor a target" of a criminal investigation, according to the Post story.

Never Ending War

The Gay Secretary

Public opinion is not "fragile" regarding the support of this endless, pointless, and bloody war.

Americans are pissed off mightily at this cost in blood, and money.

There were two objectives in the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan, and both for corporate profit.

They were: to control the drug trade, from which so many profit so handsomely, and to install pipelines with which Eurasian oil could be controlled.

The US and NATO have managed brilliantly on the first objective, but not on the second.

Cheap heroin is flowing in Europe and Russia, and someone is making one hell of a profit on this.

What we should do is declare victory, and go home.

Then, negotiate with whatever government is left standing for the rights to the pipelines.

As late as August of 2001,l the Bush administration was negotiating with the Taliban, but felt that the price was too high to pay, and that somehow, a war would be a "cheaper solution." to the problem.

Handled...inappropriately

American Scofflaw
Five Virginia corrections officers stand accused of animal cruelty, following a bizarre sexual act involving a K-9 dog. But attorneys believe prosecutors will have a tough time making the charges stick.

There's a kennel, at the Powhatan Correctional Center, where officers learn how to become K-9 handlers. But prosecutors say, at least twice this summer, a dog was being handled...inappropriately.

Cruelty charges were filed against 25-year-old Kelvin Thompson and four others, after Thompson was told...massaging his dog's genitals, would somehow make the animal easier to train. The incidents were videotaped, and later reported to a supervisor by another corrections employee.

Dog trainers say that's obviously "not" a normal method of training.

"It has been used previously with very aggressive dogs to make them more submissive and passive, because it exhausts the dog but it's an inappropriate way of training dogs," said animal trainer Jemi Hodge.

Thompson's Roanoke attorney believes Powhatan prosecutors would have a tough time proving cruelty saying, "The statute was not intended to deal with something like this." Our legal analyst agrees.

"Animal cruelty is conduct that is tantamount to torture. That inflicts pain. That puts the animal at risk of loss of life," said legal analyst Steve Benjamin.

Thompson's attorney believes his client was being hazed, saying "I think it's been kind of a standing joke there." Adding that the other officers were heard "laughing" on tape.

Jemi it's almost more benefit for the people doing it, than it is the dog. Even if they can't win a conviction, it's possible, that prosecutors have something else in mind.

"The embarrassment factor alone is going to be sufficient punishment for these individuals," said Benjamin.

In addition to 25 year old Kelvin Thompson of Chatham, the accused officers are 40 year old Melvin Boone of Waverly, 27 year old Adam Webb of Burkeville, 35 year old Cheri Campbell of Burkeville, and 33 year old Anthony Eldridge of Burkeville.

According to the Department of Corrections, two of the five accused officers are no longer working for the state, but all five are due back in court in November and December.

Kiss My Gay Ass

Did Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's office use a coded veto message to send the f-bomb to Tom Ammiano, soon after the San Francisco assemblyman made news by telling the governor to "kiss my gay ass"?

Schwarzenegger's people say no. But the X-rated evidence is hard to miss in a message that Schwarzenegger sent to explain why he was vetoing an Ammiano bill dealing with financing for the Port of San Francisco.

A straight reading of the guv's letter laments "the fact that major issues are overlooked while many unnecessary bills come to me for consideration," and concludes, "I believe it is unnecessary to sign this measure at this time."

But a vertical read of the far-left-hand letters in each of the missive's eight lines offers a more blunt explanation: "I f- you."

Schwarzenegger's press secretary, Aaron McLear, insisted Tuesday it was simply a "weird coincidence." He sent us veto messages the governor sent out in the past with linguistic lineups such as "soap" and "poet," which he said were also unintended.

"Something like this was bound to happen," McLear said.

Maybe. But the veto message came after Ammiano called the governor a liar and shouted from the audience to "kiss my gay ass" when Schwarzenegger unexpectedly showed up at a Democratic Party dinner in San Francisco on Oct. 7.

Ammiano later called Schwarzenegger's attendance at the event a "cheap publicity stunt" that wasn't at all amusing, in light of the governor's cuts in social services, ordered furloughs of state workers and failure to act on some gay-rights issues.

The governor's veto letter was in response to Ammiano's AB1176 - a rather mundane bill meant to help San Francisco's port with finance issues. The "coincidence" was first picked up on Tuesday by the Bay Guardian newspaper.

As for Ammiano, a professional comic in addition to being a liberal Democrat, he's playing it straight on this one: "They probably think they are even now," he said.

"I think it was very creative, and it's time to bury the hatchet," Ammiano added. "I'm not interested in prolonging it."

The hidden message - if that's what it was - "was certainly more subtle than 'kiss my gay ass,' " said Barbara O'Connor, political science professor at Sacramento State University. "But it shows the acrimony and bad feelings in Sacramento are pretty bad.

"I doubt if it was the governor himself," O'Connor said. "But maybe the staff was having a good time."

Nasty S**t In New York's Chinatown

American Scofflaw
This confrontation, between a NYPD traffic agent and a car owner in New York's Chinatown, was caught camera earlier this month. According to witnesses, the agent allegedly struck, cursed at, and made racist comments against Qiang Nian Zhu, who says he was just trying to explain that he was parked legally. However, it was Zhu who ended up behind bars: Traffic Agent Confrontation in Chinatown.
Security camera video shows the traffic agent charging at a woman in who complained the agent was not being fair about a parking ticket. The agent, Twana Chapman, was surrounded by other traffic agents and then cursed at all the people around her, according to witnesses

She told them " 'You f------ Chinese, go back where you came from. All of you f------ Chinese,' " according to one witness.

Mr. Zhu says on October 8 around 3:15 PM on Lafayette Street in Manhattan, NYPD traffic agent Chapman began the process of ticketing Zhu's parked car. He says he told her he still had one minute left on his NYC parking receipt, displayed on his car's dashboard. He also told Chapman that his wife was buying another ticket at that moment at the Munimeter.

Zhu says that the agent told him she would ticket him anyway.

The video shows Mr. Zhu putting his hand over the registration sticker on his windshield so it cannot be scanned for a ticket. Then Traffic Agent Chapman appears to hit him and is pulled back by another traffic agent.

Mr. Zhu, a burly man, blocks then puts his hands back into his sweatshirt so he could not, he says, be accused of striking the smaller Ms. Chapman. Several people witnessed the attack and say the agent clearly struck Mr. Zhu.
Chapman called for police officers, who arrested Zhu and charged him with obstruction of governmental administration and harassment. After spending 9 hours in jail, Zhu, who has no record, got a lawyer for this criminal case which could send him to jail for a year.

I don't know even know if Mr. Zhu deserved the parking ticket. Hell, at one point or another everyone has gotten slapped with a parking violation they think they didn't deserve. I've received way too many to count. But that doesn't really matter here.

It's one thing to argue over a parking violation. People get into it with traffic agents all the time, in every city, over parking tickets. And yes, sometimes people get nasty. But busting out the racist comments? And getting physical? Chapman should be fired. So why is Zhu the one facing jail time here?

Ironically, he didn't even receive the parking ticket that started the whole thing.

Did you pay your bills on time this month? Avoided taking on unnecessary debt? Well, there's a fee for that.

Anticipating the implementation of the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure Act in February of next year, big banks are stepping up their aggressive treatment of those who hold cards that may be deemed too generous, or those who are studious in making payments.

Specifically, if a customer receives significant benefits from their credit card -- like frequent flier miles or other incentives -- but still manages to pay off their balance at the end of every month, their likelihood of being charged extra is going up.

"Starting next year, Bank of America will charge a small number of customers an annual fee, ranging from $29 to $99," USA Today reported. "The bank has characterized the fee as experimental. But card holders who have never carried a balance or paid late fees could be among those affected."

Screw Your Perfect Score

American Scofflaw

Earlier this month Bank of America started notifying customers like Mullen-Kress that they will be charged a new annual fee of $29 to $99.

The banks are starting to charge fees to reliable customers in response to a slew of new credit card industry regulations that will limit when banks can hike interest rates. Cardholders who get a new annual fee notice in the mail will be in a no-win situation.

Every consumer has got to scream "absolutely not!" on this to the banks which hold their credit cards.

It would make a very interesting class action lawsuit, if banks billing customers who pay timely close their accounts due to these fees and then have their credit adversely affected.

The publicity over such a lawsuit would make those banks look like real pariah institutions, and no amount of PR and spin could prevent that outcome from happening .

MEMO To Speaker Pelosi

The Gay Secretary

Cut taxes by 50%. That will light up the economy for the short term. Yes, we will have to make sacrifices like not running around the world killing brown people, or giving very expensive (and illegal) weapons to other nations so that they can kill brown people, but I for one an willing to make that sacrifice.

Long term: We have given away our manufacturing to other countries for the last 30 years. Our government actually gave tax breaks to corporations to make it easier to send high paying American jobs to other countries, then scratched their heads trying to figure out why Americans stopped buying things and worse, were suddenly unable to make the payments on their mortgages and credit cards!

Rather than deal with the loss of manufacturing back when it was still a small issue, the government covered up the loss of manufacturing jobs with the so-called "service economy"; the theory that you can prosper a nation by doing each others' laundry for a fee. From the point of view of the government (composed of politicians only thinking in terms of the next election) this was a great plan because tax revenues still poured into government coffers from all the services. Problem was that while money transferred from the private sector to the government, no new money was coming into the system. Inevitably that leads to a point in time where people start doing their own laundry again and tax revenues dry up.

So, here we are, dirty clothes piling up. unable to find work, unable to pay the bills, unable to buy new products, and unable to manufacture.

We cannot simply re-open the old factories. We could spend 100 years playing catch up to the nations who now lead the US in manufacturing, if we manufacture what they manufacture, and those foreign governments, much wiser than our own, will not allow their leads to evaporate. Look how Japan has committed to better computers and robots (while the US commits to making better bombs).

So, if we are to save our nation, we need a national commitment to new technology development. Not just refinement of what already exists but a leap way beyond, into totally new and portable energy sources (not just storage), photonics, large scale ultra-cheap desalinization, and of course ideas not yet thought of.

We need a revived CIVILIAN space program to jump start our technology the way the Apollo missions jump started our technology in the 1960s. Or we need a new Manhattan project devoted to the development of commercial technologies. We need to create something that ONLY the United States knows how to make, and that the rest of the world will want to buy.

Above all we need to recreate our national culture so that the products are the focus and value of a company, not the stock options. We need to remember that it is the beans and not the counting of the beans that makes real wealth. Above all, we need to reverse the trend that abandoned products as a way to make money and made money itself the product.

These are the ONLY things which can save our economy and our nation from economic collapse.

Are The Police Dangerously Useless???

American Scofflaw
When seconds count, the police can be there in minutes! Last night for lack of anything better, my wife and I watched an episode of "Kansas City Swat".

Ignoring the fact that none of them know how to bowl (you roll the ball down the alley, you do not simply fling it at the pins), the entire show seemed to be kicking down doors and screaming at people, to net an arrest for minor amounts of drugs and "suspected" meth labs. But at the end of the show they listed what had actually been accomplished and it seemed like most of those people (women and children in many cases) shoved to the floor with shotguns in their backs were never actually charged with any crime.

Now, back when SWAT teams were first created, and TV shows were trying to make them look like heroes, a mistake at the police switchboard sent the SWAT to my family home in Southern California and my mother wound up as one of those women shoved into the wall with a shotgun at the base of her skull. So we know for a fact that not every door kicked down by the SWAT is justified.

Frankly, given the error rates and the paucity of actual charges, this show made the KCS look more like shallow arrogant jerks than anyone I want to have protecting my neighborhood.

Israel is cornered here. For that matter so is the United States. When this Iran deal goes through on Friday, the primary excuse for war with Iran evaporates.

Where does that leave Israel and the United States?

Israel now faces war crimes charges at the Hague. Yes, the United States will veto the Goldstone Report in the Security Council, but the ringer in the deal is that the General assembly, under Resolution 377, can bypass the Security Council and send the Goldstone Report to the Hague and the United States and Israel cannot stop it. Earlier this year, the General Assembly voted through a resolution requesting Israel to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and submit to the exact same IAEA inspections that Iran (and every other NNPT signatory) submits to. Israel refused. The fact that Israel and the United States were not able to deflect this Resolution tell us that the General Assembly has lost all patience with Israel. The credibility of the UN as a world governing body is on the line. The probability that the General Assembly will bypass the Security Council is therefore very high. A war with Iran would have distracted the media from Israel's war crimes charges. That seems not likely to happen now.

As for the United States, the US Government was hoping to ignite a new major war, one which would distract Americans from the already failed wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, not to mention the economy destroyed by failed US Government policy. And based on prior history, the US Government probably anticipates that a new major war would persuade Americans to forget their anger over the aforesaid failed government policy, and imbued with a renewed patriotic fervor would suddenly return to being obedient breeders of soldiers and payers of war-taxes. As naive as that expectation might have been, the Iran enrichment deal ends the possibility of a new war with which to distract from the old war.

So both the United States and Israel are in serious trouble. They had wanted war with Iran to distract the world from their various domestic problems, and now that is not likely to happen. Israel has to live with their war crimes charges. The US has to live with their ruined economy and failed wars, and public anger. Both Israel and the US are showing themselves as desperate to block Israel war crimes charged from progressing, and may have wasted that political capital in vain if the UN General; Assembly invokes Resolution 377.

So, in short, Israel and the US are cornered politically. Cornered animals are the most dangerous and desperate. Our future is in the hands of whichever leader is the least mentally stable, and ready to hit the panic button. That panic move; that striking out from the corner could be something subtle like a new false-flag "terror" attack, or something as straightforward as simply attacking Iran without provocation.

But Israel and the US are cornered right now. and we should be prepared to see them act like it.

Oh, How They Trick You

American Scofflaw

Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden, in discussing the “balloon boy” hoax, inadvertently gave discerning CNN viewers a heads-up on police procedure.

Remember Detective Columbo’s little schtick? “Oh, there’s just one thing I still can’t figure out, sir….” “Just one more question, sir….”

Apparently that’s pretty close to reality. Here’s Alderden:

“Clearly, the only way that we were going to be able to bring this to a successful conclusion is if we got a confession. You know, we could speculate all we want, but we had to get somebody talking and somebody telling us what really happened. We developed a strategy to do that. It was very important during this time that they maintained their trust with us, that we maintained a very good relationship that we had established with the family. We had to say and do things to make sure that they believed that we were on their side still and try to just maintain that trust so that we could get them in here voluntarily in order to conduct our interview…. The obvious goal was to separate them, to interview them separately, hopefully be able to convince them to take a polygraph. Part of the theme of getting them to take a polygraph is this is the only way that they’re going to get the media feeding frenzy off of their back…. Mr. Heene voluntarily came in here under the pretext of we were going to return his aircraft to him. But before we could do that, we had a few questions that we needed to ask him and a few issues that we needed to clarify. He consented to come in…. Unbeknownst to him, at the same time, the minute he hit the door here, we had investigators prepared to go to the house and talk to Mrs. Heene and try to gain her cooperation, as well as conduct interviews with her and the children.”

In a press conference televised to millions of CNN viewers, he gave this simple message to anyone smart enough to read between the lines: Never trust a cop.

Let me stipulate that if, as seems likely, the balloon boy incident was a hoax, the guy who did it was a scumbag who needlessly wasted taxpayer money and perhaps jeopardized the safety of rescue personnel as well.

That being said, in any legal system—including a libertarian one—it should be considered repugnant to require a defendant to testify against himself. The burden should be on the prosecution (or rather, in a libertarian society, on the plaintiff who was actually harmed by an action) to amass evidence without the help—witting or unwitting—of the defendant.

And as we’ve seen in this incident, a major part of professional police culture is to figure out ways to get around common law due process protections: to trick people into forfeiting their protection against self-incrimination, to create a false pretext for a warrant, or even to create a false “probable cause” pretext for warrantless breaking and entering.

And another part of police procedure is to create false impressions about the reliability of forensic procedures, like the drug-sniffing abilities of police dogs (who in fact are probably just responding to conscious or unconscious cues a lot more often than than cops want to admit), or—as in this case—polygraph tests.

The fact that the police only showed up, unannounced, after they’d lured Heene to the police station, in order to question them separately, should have been enough to tell Mrs. Heene something was fishy. If their intentions were honest, they wouldn’t have blindsided her like that. Based on their clearly demonstrated adversarial intent, she should have refused to say a word and told her kids not to talk to police without their parents and an attorney present.

The cops created a deliberately misleading impression, confusing the Heenes with half-truths, to trick them into betraying themselves.

I wonder if the cops mentioned that polygraphs are inadmissible in most courts because of their unreliability. I wonder if they mentioned that it’s standard polygraph industry procedure to lie to subjects about how it works (namely, the real purpose of the baseline question).

A politically monopolized security industry works for the politically powerful. You’re not the customer. Since police lack competitors that could hold them accountable, you become a mostly defenseless means to responding to political incentives (in order to achieve the satisfaction of their own economic desires). Pending the dissolution of that monopoly, your best defense against predatory police is giving them as little to work with as possible.

Remember all this next time you deal with a cop. Any time a cop seems to be friendly and non-adversarial, to be “on your side” and just enabling you to “straighten things out” or “clear your name,” he’s probably trying to trick you into incriminating yourself. Don’t answer any questions, no matter how seemingly innocuous or trivial, and demand a lawyer immediately.

Japan Wants Out Of Scofflaw Relationship

American Scofflaw

Worried about a new direction in Japan's foreign policy, the Obama administration warned the Tokyo government Wednesday of serious consequences if it reneges on a military realignment plan formulated to deal with a rising China.

The comments from Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates underscored increasing concern among U.S. officials as Japan moves to redefine its alliance with the United States and its place in Asia. In August, the opposition Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) won an overwhelming victory in elections, ending more than 50 years of one-party rule.

For a U.S. administration burdened with challenges in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, North Korea and China, troubles with its closest ally in Asia constitute a new complication.

A senior State Department official said the United States had "grown comfortable" thinking about Japan as a constant in U.S. relations in Asia. It no longer is, he said, adding that "the hardest thing right now is not China, it's Japan."

And the reason Japan is the hardest thing right now is right HERE!!!

Obama Land

The Gay Secretary

Obama is President of a nation in which one out of every 6 Americans are living in poverty right now. This should serve as proof that you cannot tax people out of poverty; you can only tax them further in.

And maybe that is the goal; to end the APPEARANCE of poverty by making everyone (except the officials) equally poor.

But in the end, the main reason to oppose (with a club if need be) this new treaty is that it is based on a fraud. While the globalists may well have re-branded and changed their name to "Climate Change" we all remember how the initial push was because of "Human Caused Global Warming" and how anyone with eyes can look around at the 4500 records set for low temperature and snow in the US last week and understand that the forecasts cited to justify this new intrusion into our lives were 180 degrees out of whack with the real world.

What is needed in all our lives is far LESS Government, not more.

We are worried that Obama may sign away our national sovereignty, but in truth it is not his to give, and Americans are fully justified in viewing any such surrender as a treason against the Constitution and against the people to be opposed by any means possible.

How did Goldman, Sachs & Co. -- saved a year ago by the US taxpayer -- magically make $3 billion in 3 months a year later?
This as the US dollar collapses, unemployment soars and foreclosures hit a record?

Here is the Goldman, Sachs & Co. revenue break down for the past 3 months:

Financial Advisory-M/A: 325 million.
Equity Underwriting: 363 million.
Debt Underwriting: 211 million.
Trading-Principal Investments: 10 billion.

Notice that 10 billion is much bigger than two or three hundred million made from the traditional Wall Street businesses.

That $10 billion is evidence of their magic trick. For we the taxpayer gave Goldman Sachs the following:

10 Billion in TARP
11 Billion from the Fed
30 Billion from the FDIC
13 Billion from AIG

For a grand total of $70 Billion (Goldman along with every other bank and AIG would have been defunct without this money).

Goldman at the apex of the crisis is delivered this money -- which they then use to borrow against at $20 or $30 for every $1. Which at 30x equals $2.1 trillion in available capital.

As one of the only banks in the world with money at the time, Goldman Sachs was able to buy billions in distressed assets around the world at record low prices -- only to watch $23.7 trillion in US taxpayer money be deployed during the past year to re-inflate the asset's values that Goldman had purchased with our tax money.

The question is not why did we bail out the banks.

The question is why did we give the banks billions of our money so they could then buy assets by the trillions with our money and they keep the profits?

The answer is Henry Paulson, former Goldman Sachs CEO who ran the US Treasury, and Tim Geithner, current Treasury Secretary who at the time ran the New York Federal Reserve, willingly delivered Goldman Sachs the $70 Billion -- with no strings attached.
So what can we do?

1) We must demand the return of those investment gains made with America's money - it was stolen from us and we can get it back. Demand Claw Backs - and not from the future but from the past - That is where our money is.

2) We must have an exchange for all credit derivatives -- the current version is riddled with that let banks avoid transparency by mobbing offshore and prohibiting government regulators from being able to force the use of the exchange by the banks.

There's also this!!!

Oue Servile Media

Folks, there is zero coverage of this on ABCNNBBCBSFOX that I have been able to find. I even went to the FOX News website and used their own search engine and found nothing reported about this. Meanwhile, the TV network news is still going gaga over the UFO balloon hoax from yesterday.

So, I am calling on all the "Rangers" (Free Range Human Beings; that means YOU!) to take this article, or indeed any articles about the United Nations Human Rights Council endorsing the Goldstone Report on Israel's war crimes and send it to your friends, post it in your social networking sites, blogs, anywhere.

Israel knows that the US will obediently veto the Goldstone Report before it goes to the Hague, so now they are trying to limit the PR damage by ordering the servile US media to ignore the story entirely. We, on the other hand, have the means to make sure the general public is aware of this report of Israel's war crimes and its endorsement by the UNHRC, which will not only serve to bring the world's condemnation down on Israel, but further embarrass the United States when they exercise their Security Council veto.

The Goldman Report

מזכיר הומואים

What does the Goldstone Report Claim?

I plead the few readers having reached this part of the article to keep reading despite the legalistic jargon used. I attempted to summarize in a friendly manner the most important articles of this monumental report and believe it is worthy to read the following paragraphs.

In article 1674, the report states that Israel policies in Gaza and the Occupied Palestinian Territory did violate international human rights and humanitarian law.

Article 1675 defines Israel’s policy of blockade in the three years prior the attack as a collective punishment intentionally inflicted by the Government of Israel on the people of the Gaza Strip. It also claims the military operations and the manner in which they were conducted considerably exacerbated the blockade effects. The result, in a very short time was unprecedented long term damage both to the people and their development and recovery prospects.

In Article 1678 the report describes the first visit of the mission to Gaza, and the devastating effects of the operations on the population were, however, unequivocally manifest. In addition to the visible destruction of houses, factories, wells, schools, hospitals, police stations and other public buildings, the sight of families, including the elderly and children, still living amid the rubble of their former dwellings – no reconstruction possible due to the continuing blockade – was evidence of the protracted impact of the operations on the living conditions of the Gaza population. Reports of the trauma suffered during the attacks, the stress due to the uncertainty about the future, the hardship of life and the fear of further attacks, pointed to less tangible but not less real long term effects. The following article states that women were affected in significant ways. In this issue, the report states in article 1683 “that deeds by Israeli forces and words of military and political leaders prior to and during the operations indicate that as a whole they were premised on a deliberate policy of disproportionate force aimed not at the enemy but at the “supporting infrastructure.” In practice, this appears to have meant the civilian population.”

The Israeli Government planned thoroughly and extensively the Gaza military operations, claims article 1680 and adds that while the Israeli Government has sought to portray its operations as essentially a response to rocket attacks in the exercise of its right to self defense, the Mission considers the plan to have been directed, at least in part, at a different target: the people of Gaza as a whole, especially due to its resilience and support of Hamas as it is added in article 1681.

Is Stanley McChrystal Clinically Insane

American Scofflaw
Is McChrystal Clinically Insane? It certainly appears so based on his request for 80,000 troops .

Here's why the man is clinically insane:

Even if President Obama goes with the "middle option" of 40,0000 more troops, without a draft, from where, and how quickly, can these troops be found, with this country's current military commitments already overstressed with current deployments?

When an unwinnable war becomes the focus of machismo and pride on the part of any national leader, things can go from really awful to spectacularly bad in a heartbeat, and that appears to be what is going on here.

The US is supporting a government so collectively crooked here that most Afghans believe the members of that government have to screw their socks on in the morning.

The heroin traffic is booming (something that did not, thank you very much, happen under the rule of the Taliban).

The Afghans want their country back. They understand that what has been going on now for the last 8 years has been an occupation. Given the current state of things, those pipelines originally planned by the previous administration to control Eurasian oil, are not going to get built.

So what now?

We exit Afghanistan as quickly as possible in the way that keeps our troops as safe as possible, under the circumstances.

We negotiate with whatever government is left standing about the pipeline routes, and get that done.

Invasion and occupation is never "cheaper" than a negotiation to achieve specific geopolitical outcomes.

One has to wish that those in power in this country weren't so damned pathologically incapable of learning from the lessons of history.

Yousef al-Khattab's real name is Joseph Cohen (they even admit it in the photo caption). He is JEWISH, and like Adam Gadahn (real name Adam Pearlman) is a phony trying to trick Americans into making war on Israel's enemies.

Why are the Muslims Israel's enemies?

Simple.

The "Clash of Civilizations" is really about a clash of banking systems. ON the one hand you have the so-called "Western" banking system involving compound interest and legalized counterfeiting by private central banks, the very system whose two forerunners nearly ruined the US and whose current incarnation is doing exactly that.

This system of banking, which enriches the bankers while impoverishing the masses, tolerates no threats. When President Andrew Jackson revoked the charter of the first Bank of the United States, there was an attempted assassination which failed when both pistols used by the assassin failed to fire.

Both Lincoln and Kennedy attempted to free the nation's people from the bankers by returning to the original Constitutional form of currency; notes issued interest-free by the government. Lincoln had his greenbacks, and Kennedy had his US Notes. Both of these Presidents were assassinated and in both cases their new currencies were immediately withdrawn from circulation and destroyed. When Adolf Hitler dared issue a government currency to pull Germany out of the post WW1 hyper-inflation, the global bankers declared war on Germany, trying to organize a global boycott on all German goods to crush Germany's new economy before the rest of the world's people realized that it was a better system.

The anger from this obvious attempt to destroy their economy is what set the stage for WW2.

In contrast, the Islamic system of banking is a long plus flat fee. Because of this system, the Islamic world has not suffered from the crushing debts created by western banks. Western banks see this alternative system as a dire threat to their power and profits. So inevitably, as the globalists pushy towards a one world government, there must be a war between western style banking and Islamic banking, which means a manufactured war between Christians and Muslims, which the bankers will cheer on but not personally get into.

Which is why people like Adam Pearlman and Joseph Cohen do what they do.

Which Scofflaw Stole Walmart's Loot?

American Scofflaw
Walmart shoppers pay in cash — lots and lots of cash, records of a daring $200,000-plus heist show.

And the thief walked right out the front door with the money, stopping only momentarily to fool a front-of-the-store greeter.

No standard crime, Orange County Sheriff's Office reports describe a classic inside job when a man dressed as a Walmart supervisor emptied the safe at Walmart's Turkey Lake Road store.

Store cameras followed him from the moment he parked until he left the store, pushing a shopping cart holding boxes packed with cash. Though it happened July 11, the agency waited until Friday to seek the public's help after exhausting conventional means to catch the thief.

"There's surveillance video of a lot of crime, but without the right audience seeing it to identify the suspect, it's just video," sheriff's Detective David Lindberg said. "That's why we want the public to look at it."

All the theft took was seven minutes, and the video provides a ticktock of the crime:

•21:35 (9:35p.m.): A late-model, white Ford Explorer entered the parking lot through southeast entrance. One man got out. He appears to be a 5-foot, 11-inch, 240-pound, bald, black man wearing a porkpie-style hat, clear eyeglasses, black pants, a long-sleeve blue shirt, a necktie and black knit gloves.

The Sheriff's Office did not estimate the burglar's age.

•21:36: The man entered the store pushing a shopping cart containing two white file boxes.

A Walmart worker going to work noticed the stranger wearing a Walmart assistant manager badge with "John" on it. The worker told investigators that he assumed "John" was a new supervisor. He also told them the man has a tattoo on his neck of a cross with a loop on top.

•21:38: "John" headed directly to the store office, where he stopped a Walmart cashier and asked her to hold his shopping cart while he was in the office. He used a key to open a locked, inner-office door, and he walked right to the safe in the back of the office.

"The man entered the key combination on the keypad, opened the safe and then proceeded to load the cash into the two white file boxes," a report states.

•21:41: After closing the safe, the burglar carried boxes outside the office and loaded them into his shopping cart. Then he headed for the store exit.

However, a Walmart greeter briefly stopped the cash-rich thief at the door and asked to see his sales receipt.

"The man continued to walk out the store," the report states. "Upon insisting to see his receipt, the man held up his name badge that said assistant manager and 10 years of service on it."

The greeter let him pass.

•21:42: Pushing the cash in his shopping cart, the burglar walked out the front of the store and loaded the boxes into the right rear passenger seat of the Ford Explorer waiting outside the entrance. He hopped into the front passenger seat and is driven away.

The Sheriff's Office did not disclose the exact amount of cash stolen but stated it exceeded $200,000. If caught, the burglar faces at least one count of first-degree grand theft, a crime involving theft of more than $100,000, records show.

In the months since the burglary, most employees of Walmart's Turkey Lake Road store have been shown the surveillance video. None admitted recognizing the thief.

And Walmart officials say it's the only crime of its kind in one of its stores, Lindberg said.

Yesterday, we brought you the insurance company that wouldn't insure a 17-pound infant because he was too heavy. Today, we bring you the investment bank that manages to double its bonuses during the worst recession since the Great Depression.

On Thursday, Goldman Sachs will announce the firm's bonus payments for 2009. Analysts expect the bonus pool to mushroom to $23 billion -- double the bonus pool paid to employees in 2008. Earlier this year, Goldman Sachs said that it had put aside $11.4 billion for bonuses during the first half of the year.

“The absolute size of compensation payouts will rise significantly,” Keith Horowitz, an analyst at Citigroup, wrote in a note to clients two weeks ago, highlighted by Andrew Sorkin in The New York Times' dealbook column Tuesday.

How much is $23,000,000,000?

For one thing, it's enough to send 460,000 full paying students to Harvard University for one year, or 115,000 for four years.

Oh Shit, I'm In The US Military

The Gay Secretary

There seems to be a bitter fight going on between supporters of the M4, made by Colt, and the HK416 made by Germany's Heckler & Koch.

Field tests seem to show the HK416 superior on the issue of reliability and parts lifetime, and the US Delta Forces have already switched over.

I mention this only because of a huge scandal that happened during Vietnam where Pentagon officers favored the M-14 over the then-new M-16, because the M-14 used the same 7.62 mm ammunition as the M-30 machine gun, making logistics simpler.

There were also, as later uncovered in the congressional investigation, some covert financial ties between the manufacturer of the M-14 and those officers promoting its adoption as the standard US infantry battle rifle.

The scandal happened when the M-16 was sent into field tests in Vietnam, but with ammunition intentionally manufactured to not conform to the original Armalite specifications. The wrong propellant was used, not only in the shape of the granules which altered the burn time, but in the high residue composition which increased fouling of the barrel. This led to a rash of breakages and jammings and quite a few young Americans were found dead in the Vietnam jungles with partly disassembled M-16s in their hands.

Tests showed that with the correct ammunition, the Armalite M-16 not only was reliable, but the .223 bullet tumbled on hitting the target, causing a more serious wound while staying within treaty limits on "legal" ammunition in war zones.

Congress blocked the Army's decision to go with the M-14 and investigated, found out that the field tests had been set up intentionally to fail and discredit the Armalite M-16 and hand the contract to the M-14 manufacturer, Springfield Armory. Congress over-rode the US Army and ordered them to deploy the much less expensive but more effective M-16.

The US Army "retaliated" by requiring the M-16 by changed by adding a "Forward Assist Plunger", that oddball and rather useless device sticking out of the upper receiver at an angle at the right-rear. It's inclusion increased the difficulty of manufacture of the M-16, the price, and is generally viewed by expert shooters as totally useless. The US Army rationale was that soldiers had a deep psychological need to feel a traditional bolt handle on their rifle, but most soldiers found it simply added weight for no good reason. On those very rare occasions when one needed to manually force the bolt closed, this is easily done with the thumb through the ejection port.

While the US Army, never able to admit error, still requires the forward assist plunger on all M-16 derived weapons, upper receivers without this dunsil are available from after-market suppliers for sport-owners of these rifles.

So, as we see another vested financial battle over weapons procurement shaping up, and we start seeing American kids dying with malfunctioning weapons, I have to wonder if history isn't repeating itself here.

"Tears just rolled down my face as I walked in and saw everything gone and piles of trash all over my home," she said.

Adrian McKinnon sent his wife to see her sister while he inspected the piles left behind. As he walked back into the sunroom, a man walked through the back door straight into him, Tiffany McKinnon told the Montgomery Advertiser in a story Thursday.

"My husband Adrian caught the thief red-handed in our home," she said. "And what is even crazier, the man even had my husband's hat sitting right on his head."

Adrian McKinnon held the suspect, 33-year-old Tajuan Bullock, at gunpoint and told him to sit on the floor until he decided what to do.

"We made this man clean up all the mess he made, piles of stuff, he had thrown out of my drawers and cabinets onto the floor," Tiffany McKinnon said.

When police arrived, Bullock complained about being forced to clean the home at gunpoint.

"This man had the nerve to raise sand about us making him clean up the mess he made in my house," she said. "The police officer laughed at him when he complained and said anybody else would have shot him dead."

Atta The Voracious

The Gay Secretary

1. In Venice Florida, Mohamed Atta lived for two months with an American stripper/lingerie model named Amanda Keller.

2. Atta loved to party. He was out with Keller nearly every night they were together. He was a heavy drinker, snorted coke, was a stylish dresser and wore expensive jewelry.

3. According to Keller, Atta loved pork chops.

4. Keller dumped him after he embarrassed her at a night club by dancing, poorly, atop a speaker ("doing that old 'Roxbury head bob' thing, you know"?)

5. Atta revenged himself later on Keller by returning to the apartment they’d shared and killing her cat and kittens, disemboweling and dismembering them in her apartment for her to find.

6. In Miami, Atta consorted with women known to be linked to the Mafia.

7. Atta’s email list included names of people who worked for defense contractors. One, for instance, worked for Canadian firm Virtual Prototypes, which helped develop the avionics for F-15, F-22 and B-2.

8. Atta was enrolled as a student at the International Officer’s School of Maxwell Airforce Base, and witnesses recall him having been introduced around at an officers' club party.

9. Atta was fluent in at least Arabic, English, German, French and Hebrew.

10. One day when Atta was rummaging through his flight bag, Keller got a look inside. Her words:

"The thing the FBI was most interested in was his pilot bag. They asked about it a lot. He kept it locked, and they wanted to know whether I had ever seen anything in it. I told them yes. One day he opened it briefly, and there were a lot of papers in it, and there was a blue log book in a different language. Mohamed was fluent in almost any language you can think of. He had a kind of Daytimer in there, too. And a folder with all these different ID’s in it. And that’s when I saw one – because it fell out – a little blue and white thing the size of a driver’s license. It had his picture on it, and it looked like a mug shot, or a prison shot. And it didn’t look like him, and I asked him, 'Who is this?'

"And he said, 'that’s me.' He told me it had been taken back when he was in some kind of militia-type deal, like a military-type deal, he said. He compared it to our military only they teach you different tactics. He didn’t elaborate.

"He didn’t say where it was from, either. But the writing looked like a cross between Hebrew and Arabic, those frilly little lines. He told me he spoke Hebrew. I said bullshit. So he started speaking it, and I guess he did.

"He told me that he went to different countries and studied. He had pilot’s license from several different countries. But all the pictures looked different. All the names were different. He had a license to fly from just about every country he had been to. He went to pilot’s school in all these countries."

11. Atta, Keller, a stripper named Linda and two Germans, Peter and Johan, partied for three days in Key West. Atta paid for everything. Rented three rooms, one just for the men’s luggage, which Keller says contained drugs. The men had a business meeting the women were not permitted to attend. Met with people, Keller says, who flew in just to meet Atta. Somber and quiet after meeting. (Key West Airport a known drug transit point. The Sheriff used to be under orders to keep the dope sniffing dogs off airplanes, and at one time even sent patrol cars to escort the drugs to Miami.)

12. Atta was already a licensed pilot when he arrived in the US. Licenses from many different countries. He had the privileges of an instructor while he was at Huffman Aviation, and may have helped pilot South American drug runs.

13. The FBI timeline says Atta left Venice Florida in December 2000 after completing his flight training. But he didn’t. Dozens of locals say different – his landlord, neighbours, cab drivers, restaurant employees and his girlfriend, for a few instances – and have been told not to talk about it by federal authorities. The FBI publicly sought information regarding Atta’s time in various US locations, but not Venice Florida, where he spent most of his time in the US. Why the intentional misdirection? What are they trying to keep hidden?

14. Under pressure from the FBI, and despite numerous witnesses who had known them together, Keller publicly retracted her story of having lived with Atta, saying he’d been another hijacker named Mohammed, no last name, who seems to have only existed to get Atta out of this story that didn’t fit the official version.

15. Six nights before the attack, at a bar called Shuckums in Ft Lauderdale, Atta and two companions got drunk. The FBI showed up at the bar just 12 hours after the attack with pictures of two of them, one Atta, saying only “they were on the plane and passed away.” Manager Tony Amos and bartender Patricia Idrissi identified both. Manager Amos said they’d gotten "wasted," Atta drank Stoli vodka for three straight hours. Atta blasphemed: "F*ck God!" he’s said to have cursed.

16. The witnesses then retracted the story of Atta being drunk. They now said he’d only drank cranberry juice the entire evening. Both Amos and Idrissi have gone, no one knows where, but the current bartender says she believes their leaving was somehow 9/11 related.

17. Fourteen of the 9/11 hijackers made Florida their base of operation, and clustered around two flight schools. What is it about Florida, and these flight schools, that drew them?

18. Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi paid $28,000 each to Rudi Dekkers’ Huffman Aviation for flight instruction that, the chief instructor of a neighbouring school said, was available at dozens of other nearby locations for a fraction of the price. Why did they pay an inflated price to Dekkers?

19. Dekkers’ and his financier, Wally Hilliard, purchased the flight school just months before Atta and the other hijackers began arriving. Before their purchase, the flight school catered to largely American students. After, student body became 80% foreign, mostly Middle Eastern. Yeslam bin Laden, Osama’s brother, sent students there for his business.

20. Atta also "trained" for a time at Arne Kruithof's Florida Flight Training Center, a block away from Huffman Aviation. Amanda Keller says it is where he would go to replenish his cocaine stash.

21. Though Dutchmen Dekkers and Kruithof claimed they had not known each other before each coincidently purchased flight training schools in Venice shortly before terrorists began arriving for training, witnesses claim the two had known each other well for years before.

22. Wally Hilliard is a supposedly-retired, born again insurance executive from the Midwest (motto for his insurance company had been "Hate Sin, Fight Communism, Back the Pack!"), who upon arriving in Florida entered into aviation businesses with an assortment of criminal and covert intelligence elements.

23. Dekkers and Hilliard had not been in the flight school business before they made the purchase. They paid an inflated price for the school, and did no due diligence before the purchase. They lost millions, but this was apparently not a problem. Charlie Voss, former employee of Dekkers and an Iran/Contra pilot who’d also flown "Northern Alliance guys" in Afghanistan in the 1980s, and who had given Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi a place to stay for a few weeks when they first arrived in Venice Florida: "Rudi’s greedy, and when you’re greedy you can be used for something.... When something doesn’t make obvious business sense, sometimes it’s because things are being done for another reason that doesn’t have a lot to do with dollars and cents. His business did not add up."

24. Dekkers went from broke to flush very quickly, without having business success with the flight school. One observer said “He didn’t even have the money to buy gas for an airplane… and yet a year later he shows up and plops a million seven, a million eight or two million dollars on the table as if it were paper money.”

25. The deputy in charge of Venice Fl airport security: "Wally and Rudi never talk inside a building, they go out to an airplane and talk inside the plane."

26. Dekkers’ claimed he had very little interaction with Atta, and that he never saw him again after December 2000. But numerous witnesses in Venice claim Dekkers and Atta were close, and were seen at a restaurant together just two weeks before the attack.

27. Hilliard denied knowing Atta. Keller recalled, on a visit to the airport, having Hilliard ask her, "What’s a nice girl like you doing with a guy like Mohamed?"

28. Before the attack, Dekkers was having trouble paying rent on flight school. It was so bad, it was a story in the Venice paper when he paid rent. One month before attack, he stopped having trouble. Since attack, every aviation concern at Venice airport has been late at least once with their monthly rent, except for Dekkers’.

29. Both the DEA and US Customs had been interested in Dekkers as far back as 1993. He was suspected of smuggling drugs and computer chips.

30. Less than three weeks after Atta and Marwan Al-Shehi began flying lessons at Huffman Aviation, a Lear jet owned by its financier, Wally Hilliard, carrying 43 pounds of heroin was seized by the DEA. Authorities called it the biggest seizure of heroin ever in central Florida.

31. The passengers, Venezuelan nationals, were arrested, but the pilot wasn’t charged, said a DEA spokesman, "because of lack of evidence." This, despite the fact the pilot, Diego Levine-Texar, ignored agents demands that he drop his cell phone, which had to be pried from his hand at gunpoint. Affidavit of the DEA agent: "Based on my experience I know that narcotics traffickers maintain frequent contact with one another while transporting narcotics… I believe Levine-Texar attempted to contact other accomplices as to the presence of agents and other law enforcement officials." Information about Levine-Texar is considered "sensitive."

32. But the DEA refused to return the plane to Hilliard. It was auctioned off. DEA said they had "reasons." Unusual for a so-called "innocent man" to be denied the return of his possession, or compensation.

33. After Hilliard lost his plane to the DEA auction, he was loaned a plane worth $2 million for just one dollar by Truman Arnold, former chief fundraiser for the Democratic Party, who figured in the Whitewater investigation.

34. John Villada, an aviation executive in Naples Florida: "After Wally’s plane was impounded with the heroin and his pilots had machine guns stuck in their faces, the DEA came to visit our maintenance facility and Wally shouted out to me – right in front of the DEA guy – 'Make sure all the heroin and cocaine gets hidden!'" Hilliard's mock warning seemed to show the DEA how little he thought of them, and how well he was protected.

35. The paperwork showed the same plane had made approximately 30 weekly round trips to Venezuela with the same passengers, and they always paid cash. “They obviously weren’t even bothering to hide what they were doing,” said one observer.

36. Hilliard had got his Lear jet from World Jet Inc, owned by drug smuggling brothers Don and Bill Whittington, who had supplied the plane to CIA drug smuggler Barry Seal.

37. The Sarasota County Drug interdiction people were told that Dekkers and Hilliard had a green light to operation and that they were to stay away from them, that they... may have had some type of government protection. And the local Venice Police Department were also warned to leave them alone.

38. A former Huffman executive, speaking about the hijackers: "Early on I gleaned that these guys had government protection. They were let into this country for a specific purpose. It was a business deal."

39. The FBI visited the home of this executive just four hours after the attacks. The purpose has been not to investigate, but to intimidate him into silence. The man says his phones were bugged, and thinks pilots were "double agents." He quit the flight school fearing for his life, and claims he knows too much about Wally Hillier, saying he "has a family to think about."

40. Jeb accompanied the FBI when they removed the flight school records on the early morning of September 12, and flew them to Washington.

41. Jeb Bush and Katherine Harris have flown and endorsed Hilliard’s air carrier.

42. In the days following 9/11, a number of Saudis fled the country from Florida after the attacks. They flew on Wally Hillier’s charter aircraft to private fields of military contractor Raytheon, and departed on a 747.

43. After the attacks, a virtually non-existent company that operated out of Venice Airport under Huffman’s license called Britannia Aviation was awarded a five-year, multi-million dollar contract to run the maintenance facility at Lychburg Virginia Regional Airport. (FYI, Lynchburg is the home of Jerry Falwell’s Liberty Baptist University.) Britannia did not have an FAA license to work on planes and showed assets of only $750. It was chosen over Virginia Aviation, which showed a multi-million dollar balance and boasted more than 40 employees.

44. Britannia executive Peter Martens boasted that his company had been providing maintenance at Venice Airport for "Caribe Air," which is a notorious CIA proprietary carrier.

45. A source at the Drug Enforcement Agency says that Britannia has a "green light" from the DEA, and that local police had been warned to leave Britannia alone.

46. Martens also has ties to Falwell, having met his wife at his university in Lynchburg.

47. Many of the Venice flight trainers moonlight by flying "missionary flights" to Central and South America, for such organizations as Pat Robertson’s Operation Hope. (Are mission groups being used as fronts for covert ops?)

48. Most of Atta's closest associates in Venice were not Arabs, but Europeans with connection to the drug trade.

49. Though flight school owners Dekkers and Kruithof had before crashed, within weeks of each other in 2002, both had near fatal crashes. Wreckage was destroyed before it could be examined.

50. According to his girlfriend, Atta was a big Beastie Boys fan.

What is Three Percenter, Anyway?

The Gay Secretary

Seeing the patch in the photo, you may ask “what is a three percenter?” The narrowest definition is that three percenters are hard-line gun owners who are done backing up and will not comply with more infringements of their right to bear arms. A broader definition would be that they are hard-line Americans who are done backing up and will not comply with further infringement of any of their rights. It also alludes to the three percent of the colonists who took to the field against the King during the Revolution, and the estimation that at least three percent of modern Americans will actively fight, if it comes to it, to preserve liberty. Read this essay for more explanation.

Oath Keepers and Three Percenters are separate groups, but it is not a surprise to see people who consider themselves both an Oath Keeper and a Three Percenter. If you read the supplied links you will see why.

“You just killed the homeowner"

American Scofflaw

Anthony Arambula acted quickly on the evening of September 17, 2008 after an intruder broke into his house. After the invader crashed through a window in the family’s Phoenix home, Arambula grabbed his personal firearm and held him at gunpoint.

Then he made the nearly fatal mistake of dialing 911.

Three Phoenix PD officers were already in the neighborhood when the call went out. Outside the house, Arambula’s wife Lesley informed Sgt. Sean Coutts that her husband had already taken the intruder into custody and was holding him at gunpoint.

Either out of reflexive contempt for a mundane or criminal incompetence, Sgt. Coutts neglected — or refused — to pass along this vital information to his fellow tax-devourers. Before Mrs. Arambula could relay those important facts to the other officers, Officer Brian Lilly shot Anthony six times in the back — twice after he had hit the floor.

“You just killed the homeowner,” gasped Anthony as he bled into the floor of his house. “The bad guy is in there.”

“We f***d up,” Lilly reported to his dispatcher. Fear not, he and his fellow officers acted quickly to address the most pressing issue — no, not the threat to Anthony’s life, or that posed by the intruder, but rather the risk to the career of the police officer who shot the innocent man.

Displaying natural leadership ability, Sgt. Coutts quickly devised a cover story: In the official version, Anthony had pointed his gun at Officer Lilly, yet somehow managed to take six rounds in the back.

“That’s all right,” Coutts consoled Lilly as Anthony was bleeding to death in front of his children. “I got you back … we clear?”

The entire incident was captured on the 911 recording. The audiotape didn’t record what happened next, according to the family’s lawsuit:

“Tony made what he believed was a dying request to the officers; he did not want his young family to see him shot and bloodied. Officers callously ignored his request and painfully dragged Tony by his injured leg, through the home and out to his backyard patio, where they left him bloodied and shot right in front of Lesley, Matthew and Zachary.”

The officers later dragged the wounded man onto gravel, then shoved him on top of the hood of a cruiser and “drove the squad car down the street with Tony lying on top, writhing in pain.”

In order to preserve their cover story, the police insisted on treating Anthony like the suspect in a drug bust, forbidding family and friends to visit him in the hospital.

Not surprisingly, Anthony — who managed to survive being “protected and served” by Phoenix’s “Finest” — still suffers from chronic pain from his injuries, and most likely will for the rest of his life.

US Military Coup On Horizon????

Former White House speechwriter John L. Perry has courted controversy by suggesting that the U.S. Military, upholding their oath to defend the Constitution against domestic enemies, could stage a bloodless coup to oust President Obama.

In an article originally posted on the Newsmax website, Perry wrote, “There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America’s military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the “Obama problem.” Don’t dismiss it as unrealistic.”

Despite the fact that Perry was not explicitly advocating such a coup, Newsmax later removed the article to ensure it “was not misinterpreted”.

The article outlines how military officers, outraged at Obama’s “trampling” on the Constitution, nationalization of American institutions, rising deficits, unemployment and taxes, could peaceably seize power from the “radical-left commissars” of the Obama administration.

“Military intervention is what Obama’s exponentially accelerating agenda for “fundamental change” toward a Marxist state is inviting upon America. A coup is not an ideal option, but Obama’s radical ideal is not acceptable or reversible,” writes Perry.

It is important to stress that Perry is not a Neo-Con, he worked under the Democratic administrations of Lyndon Johnson and Jimmy Carter.

Perry warns that America could be unrecognizable by 2012, prompting a coup to “restore and defend the Constitution,” a prospect that is “weighing heavily on the intellect and conscience of America’s military leadership,” he writes.

Perry says that such a move could be accelerated if Israel were to bomb Iran, causing the Middle East to explode and a massive destabilization of the free world.

Of course, the unlikely staging of a military coup could be just another ruse to implement martial law in the aftermath of what would undoubtedly ensue – mass civil unrest and a potential breakdown of society.

More and more credible analysts are predicting that the United States could collapse in a Soviet-style breakdown within the next few years. In such a scenario, the vacuum of power created would leave the door open for the imposition of an even greater tyranny than we are witnessing today with Obama’s big government Socialist agenda.

It is far more likely that a military coup, even if it began as a genuine effort to “restore the Constitution,” or “solve the Obama problem,” would be hijacked and transformed into an effort to subjugate the entire country under a militarized police state to an even greater extent than it is now.

The more probable scenario is the one that was outlined by Tommy Franks in a 2003 interview with the men’s lifestyle magazine Cigar Aficionado, where a military form of government would be implemented in the aftermath of a huge terror attack that kills millions.

Franks predicted that another mass casualty terror attack would occur that would cause the “population to question our own Constitution and to begin to militarize our country in order to avoid a repeat of another mass, casualty-producing event. Which in fact, then begins to unravel the fabric of our Constitution.”

Japan Threatening to Oust US Troops From Okinawa

by Jason Ditz

American Scofflaw
And here''s the REASON WHY!!!!

Faced with their first major change in governance since World War 2, Japan’s new Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) ruled government is seeking to relieve long-standing grievances regarding the massive US military presence.

US bases (red) cover much of Okinawa

But the US ruled out holding any negotiations with the new government regarding its 60+ year long military presence, insisting they made all the agreements they need with the outgoing Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).

The DPJ is reportedly playing hardball now, however, threatening to kick the US military off the island of Okinawa, which is where the bulk of their presence is situated. The islanders have long complained about the major burden of tens of thousands of US soldiers occupying a large chunk of their island.

The LDP’s solution was to pay the US billions of dollars to relocate one of their bases. The DPJ however insists that if the US wants a sustainable alliance with Japan it will return to the bargaining table, and soon.

Roman's Unfair Trial???

While Roman Polanski sits in a Swiss jail awaiting extradition to the US, the sister of his late wife Sharon Tate today said the sex act on a 13 year-old to which he plead guilty 31 years ago was consensual and that he will not get a fair trial in the US.

Speaking on NBC's Today Show, Debra Tate defended the Oscar-winning director.

"There's rape and then there's rape," she said. "It was determined that Roman did not forcibly have sex with this woman. It was a consensual matter."

Leaving aside the principle that under California law, a 13 year-old girl is legally incapable of consenting to sex, Tate said that discussions with Los Angeles prosecutors led her to believe Polanski would not get a fair trial there.

"I do believe that our system is extremely broken on [multiple] levels," she said.

She said that several years ago she had sought to persuade Polanksi to return and face justice.

"I was under the impression that there was misconduct in the political genre itself and that based on that perhaps he could get a fair trial here," she said. "Since then, speaking with the district attorney's office, I agree that Roman could not necessarily be dealt with in a fair manner here in the US. I think that this matter better be served in France."

Tate is the sister of Sharon Tate, Polanski's wife who was murdered by followers of Charles Manson in 1969.
