Police who believe they are empowered to maim and kill even people desperately attempting to get out of the way of demonstrations, to the point of killing their unborn children as well.
The police are not legally allowed to use force unless they themselves are under attack. So all these photos of police spraying pepper spray on peaceful protesters are cases of assault and battery by the cops, who should be in prison right now.
