Penny wise and pound foolish! This is a PR disaster! Politics is perception and this makes California look like they are so desperate for a few more dollars that they will screw over the entertainment industry's biggest stars. Hollywood is already on the wane as the film capital of the world; this open looting will just accelerate the shift to another country.
