Apologize"?!? "improve their procedures"?!?
I would strongly suggest that some of the executives of
this bank need to be cooling their heels in a non-country club prison,
paired with a prisoner whose middle name is "the", and is in the slammer
for multiple murders.
What will happen, because financial institutions support US
politicians with generous donations for their campaigns, will be a slap
on the wrist, as happened with Wachovia Bank.
