The reason I think this is a hoax is simple

This appears to be another in a long string of hoaxes staged to create sympathy for Israel whenever they screw up politically, whether it is CAST LEAD or the attack on a US flagged ship in international waters last May.

There is a long history of such hoaxes, from Claremont College professor Kerri Dunn painting swastikas on her car to the Jewish student at George Washington University who painted swastikas on her own door, then claimed to be the victim of anti-Semitism.

The reason I think this is a hoax is simple. When you are a child and you play cops and robbers, you wanted to be the cops, right? When you played cowboys and indians, you wanted to be the cowboys, right? Nobody wants to play at being the losers and the Nazis lost the war. There are no real nazis wannades; they are all fakes staged for propaganda purposes.

Second point; WW2 happened in the first half of the previous century, long before most of us were born. The Nazis are all gone and Hitler has been dead for a very long time. Nobody cares about swastikas any more. They are not relevant to the 21st century. The only people keeping those relics alive are the Israelis, for propaganda purposes, so they can wave "Nazi" at us from the last century when anyone dares complain about the atrocities taking place today in Gaza or the recent attack on Americans in the aid fleet.
