I am sick of this steaming pile being hurled at us by the corporate media to try to sell this bailout to the American people; that somehow we will come out ahead on this deal if we fork over several thousand dollars for our share of these toxic assets.
If these assets could make money, Wall Street would not be in such a shit-hot hurry to unload them on the taxpayers!
This has all the aroma of those "Buy a square inch of land in the Bahamas" deals you see in the back of tabloid magazines.
Now, stop and think a moment. News Corp, ABC,NBC, CBS, are all publicly traded companies.
If the bailout goes through, the stock market will explode upward, taking the stock of Fox News (and ABCNNBBCBS) right through the roof.
The corporate media has a vested interest in selling you this bailout plan, because their own company stock will profit from it!
