A Terrified US Government Resorts To Its Military

There are two problems with this.

1. Real terrorists (not the phony ones set up for media consumption) are not using the internet.

2. The US Government can't find the guys doing the Nigerian scam, let alone any really capable criminals.

This is about peeking at ordinary Americans by a government terrified of its own people.
