What are we to do with these people? Prosecute? Jail? And will theses be open and fair trials or will they be Gitmo style? And what happens when powerful bankers, investors and politicians are implicated? Deals will be cut, payoffs will happen, evidence will disappear, the government will quickly and arbitrarily drop cases. Get the picture?
