Have members of the House gone completely insane, or is this simply some calculated posturing ahead of the election? The problem here is the decline of the dollar; something the folks in Washington haven't been able to remedy. Finally, who or what is going to enforce such a suit? The police, US federal marshalls, the American military( a military that is currently in complete decay, by the way)? I think you can stop laughing now OPEC.
